Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order*.​

The items must be sent back in unused and sellable condition (tags and labels still attached) together with the original packaging within 30 days upon return request confirmation.​

Return shipment needs to be arranged by the customer.

*SALE items are NOT eligible for return.

Made-to-Order Tang Jackets

Orders are tailored in our workshop upon order confirmation. 
The items are NOT eligible for return nor exchange, kindly contact us if you need further assistance. 

How to Return

To return an item, please contact us at customerservice@shanghaitang.com.
Upon our confirmation of your return request, we will provide further instructions for returning the parcel.

Please include the following in your return package:

• Order ID#
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Returns form (enclosed with delivery)
• Copy of shipment confirmation and invoice (enclosed with order shipped email)

Refunds

Upon receipt of all undamaged and correctly returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order, before it has been dispatched.
